I would strongly encourage all new pet owners to review the lowest ratings at Kohn Animal Hospital. You will see a pattern that this veterinarian does NOT see pets in times of NEED or on an EMERGENCY basis for this I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. Whoever the front desk girl that was working on 2/19/24 at 4pm was such a disrespectful human being, and was so rude. I have 2 pets that are very ill and needed an emergency appointment to bring them in. This front desk girl that worked showed NO CARE NO EMPATHY, and NO URGENCY what-so-ever. Basically told me to take them elsewhere to different vet and hung up the phone. Like excuse me?? I've been coming to see Dr. Mann for many years and do not deserve to be treated that way!! As a pet parent I’m appalled at this extraordinary disservice. I will never return. If you treat pet parents this way I can’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors at your business. Response to business: Absolutely no recommendations were provided to me during this stressful time of pet emergency by your staff. Your staff member had a callous attitude toward the sufferings of others. For this experience, I'm lowering my review to 1-star and do NOT recommend you with any animal’s care. I will be letting everyone in our community know about this poor experience and not to come to you.

We have been trusting Kohn with our babies for a long time and they have never ever disappointed. You can tell how much they care as soon as you walk into the door. I could go to a closer vet, I could find a cheaper vet but the well-being of my pets makes me continue to return. If you are like me and your pets are pretty much your children you can't go wrong by coming here.

What a great team of people! Wish I discovered this Animal Hospital & Dr. Greta Mann sooner. I'm always appreciative of the knowledge & compassion all the doctors and vet techs have, they care for my dogs, as if they were their own! I could see immediately, the doctors are not out to make money, but will look for the best option of care & take the extra time to explain everything in detail. Having a team who genuinely shows they love what they do for animals, as much as we love our pets, is total peace of mind for me. Thank you, Dr. Mann, and all of your staff, you are rare find.

I’m so happy I started taking my dog here, everyone is so friendly the vet techs and lady at the front desk. Dr. Danielle took such great care of my dog Gusto got the right tests done to diagnose him properly to find the best treatment and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand easily. The place i use to go to misdiagnosed my dog and I feel so relieved to have found a great vet who cares and finally be getting him the help he needs! thank you so much 💗

The best Vet i found for my 10 year experience with my older dog. My new puppy is super energetic but nervous of new people. The doctor was amazing she went up to him like he is her own baby and he literally was so calm he about fell asleep while she was examining him. The prices and affordable id say even a bit cheaper than other vet I have been to. The ladies at the front are super nice too and will help you out if you have any questions! Im glad I was recommended to this place by another puppy mom!

I would like to thank dr Danielle and team for doing an amazing job ( spay ) on my pups . I am in awe at how well everything went , so informative and so nice . Front desk lady was also amazing , reassuring me that they will be fine . Was it a bit traumatic for me ? Yes , yes it was . But the girls were in good hands and I am really happy we choose Kohn Team as our vet . Many thanks once again and for being so prompt today asking for a prescription. Worth every drive !
